Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure no makeup, deodorant, or other marks are on the garment. Items returned after 30 days, without tags, or that appear damaged will not be accepted and will be donated. We also accept returns in-store at our West Village Dallas location.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge and can be made within 30 days of the ship date. Exchanges are processed once we receive the item and cannot be guaranteed if stock is unavailable. We offer exchanges for different sizes or items of the same price.
Conditions
Only items that are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with original tags attached—are eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
